This week hasn’t been too bad in productivity. At the same time, not much can be said about progress. So I will keep this short.
I’ve managed to write t least 500 words every day this past week. Not all of it toward a single goal or project, but spread over journaling, blogging and new creations.
For the upcoming week, I want to dive into some revisions. That means getting back in touch with old characters. I’ve already started that by creating journal entries from key characters to some success.
Now I’m going to import the full story to a Kindle format so I can read just before bed. The angle I’m shooting for here is getting my sleeping brain to do some of the work for me.
I like to think of my sleeping brain as a gremlin. Feeding it after midnight (okay, nine o’clock) has the potential to reshape something I’m stewing on into something completely new and interesting. I just have to remember to jot down anything of worth as soon as I recall them.
‘Til next week.
